Written-paper marks needed to be provisionally called to the next stage, published by the Commission in March 2025. Reserved-category and PwBD cut-offs are in the official PDF listed under sources.
Negative marking and what follows
A quarter of the question's marks is deducted for every wrong answer: 0.25 on a 1-mark question, 0.50 on a 2-mark one. Marking more than one option counts as wrong.
Candidates shortlisted on the written paper take a skill test — computer, stenography or driving, depending on the post — and other tests carrying 25 marks.
Eligibility, the three qualification levels and a preparation plan built on these numbers are on the ADRE Grade 3 coaching page.

Written-paper marks needed to be provisionally called to the next stage, published by the Commission in March 2025. Reserved-category and PwBD cut-offs are in the official PDF listed under sources.
Negative marking and what follows
0.25 is deducted for every incorrect answer. There is exactly one correct option, and marking more than one counts as wrong.
Candidates are shortlisted on the written paper at 1:2 against the vacancies — anyone tied on marks at the cut-off is called too — for an interview or skill test of 15 marks.
Who can sit Grade IV — including the Class 12 upper limit — is on the Grade IV preparation page.
