Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you about batch timings, fees, demo classes and admissions, and to send the free study material you requested. This is the specified, lawful purpose for which your consent is taken at the point of submission, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted about admissions. You may withdraw that consent at any time by calling +91 91814 57322 or emailing ankuronacsacademy@gmail.com, and we will stop contacting you and erase your record unless we are required to retain it by law.

• Access — ask us what personal data of yours we hold.
• Correction — ask us to correct anything inaccurate.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while your admission is under discussion and for a reasonable period afterwards, then erased. Enrolled-student records are retained for the duration of the course and as required for our own records.

7. Who can see it

Enquiries are visible only to authorised Ankuron ACS Academy staff through a password-protected admin panel. Submissions may be synced to a private Google Sheet used solely by our admissions desk. We do not share your data with any other third party.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Any cookie used is strictly necessary for the site to function.

9. Terms of use

• Course content, notes, test papers and video material published by us are our intellectual property and may not be redistributed or resold.
• Fee, batch and schedule information on this site is indicative; the figures confirmed at admission are the ones that apply.
• We do not guarantee selection in any examination. We guarantee teaching, evaluation and mentorship as described in each course.
• Results and testimonials shown on this site are of individual students and are not a representation of typical outcomes.
