// adre.syllabus

ADRE syllabus, subject by subject.

Seven subject heads across five papers. Which ones you face, and how many questions each carries, depends on your grade and qualification.

// what_is_published

What the Commission actually publishes.

Not a topic list. For Grade III, subject heads with approximate question counts per paper; for Grade IV, the subjects and the school standard they are set at.

ADRE 3.0 had not been notified when we checked the State Level Recruitment Commission portals on 21 September 2026. The figures on this page are from ADRE 2.0 (2024) — its notices, and the cut-offs published in March 2025 — the most recent official ones. The ADRE 3.0 notification can change them; the official documents are listed at the end of this page.

Grade III counts are approximate per the notice; each paper's total is fixed. “Listed” means the subject is in the Grade IV paper but no split was published.

The Grade IV standard

  • HSLC (Class 10) level — Paper I: in consonance with SEBA's HSLC (Class 10) examination.
  • Read up to Class VIII — Paper II: in consonance with SCERT's Elementary School Pass Level examination.

For Grade IV, the school textbooks at that standard are the syllabus. For Grade III, the subject heads are the whole of the official syllabus — which is why the breakdown below is ours.
